Return Policy

MERCHANDISE WILL BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

RETURNS:

 

REFUND INFO:

  • Refunds will be issued in the form of a Digital Gift Card.
  • Shipping charges are not included in refund.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days after your items are delivered to our facility for inspection. Once approved, we will send you an e-mailed Digital Gift Card.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • The customer is responsible for purchasing return labels and all return shipping costs.
    • We highly recommend shipping returns with a tracking number. Le Inspiré™ is not responsible for any lost returns.

HOW TO RETURN:

  • Please contact us within 7 calendar days from the day the order was delivered to the customer, to request a return.
    • If it is a split order, the date the customer received the final package will be the delivery date.

RETURN DUE DATE:

  • Returns must be delivered to our facility within 15 calendar days to be eligible for a refund. 
    •  The 15 days begin from the day the order was delivered to the customer.
    • If it is a split order, the date the customer received the final package will be the delivery date.
  • For items returned past the 15-day return window, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Returns older than 20 days will not be accepted, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you, at your expense.

MERCHANDISE RETURNABLE CONDITION:

  • Returns must be mailed back in original condition, scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and original packaging. – We inspect all items upon receipt to make sure they meet resale standards.
  • Any return received with makeup stains, deodorant stains, wear stains, detergent/perfume scent, cigarette smoke, pet hairs and tampered tags, will be rejected and disposed of. Store credit will not be issued. No exceptions.

NON-RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE:

  • All Sale/Clearance items
  • All Hats
  • All Intimates
  • All Bodysuits
  • All Swimwear
  • All Shoes
  • All Jewelry
  • All Masks

NOTE: All NON-Returnable merchandise are final sale and will be rejected and disposed of if returned. Store credit will not be issued. No exceptions.

EXCHANGES: 

  • If you would like to exchange your item for another size, please return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will send you an e-mailed store credit, via Digital Gift Card. You may then place an order for the desired size, using your store credit.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

    • If you received a defective or incorrect item, let us know within 5 days from the day it was received by the customer. 
      • Any defective or incorrect item reported after our 5-day window, will not be accepted.

    • Please include a photo of the defect in your email, along with your name and order number.
  • Merchandise that has been damaged due to customer's improper handling, wear & tear and merchandise that has been washed, will not be accepted for store credit.

CANCELING AN ORDER:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, so we can process your cancelation before it has been shipped. If it has already been shipped, it will need to be treated as a return.
